Golf Course Architect
Cameron Sinclair is a British golf course architect who began his career working with Cotton, Pennink & Lawrie before moving in 1987 to Graham Marsh Golf Design. Since founding his own independent practice in 1990, he has designed and remodeled a number of courses across the UK.
His work includes the layout of a new 18‑hole inland‑links style course at St Ives Golf Club (Hunts) near Needingworth, commissioned in 2007 and opened in 2010, featuring sand‑capped heavy clay terrain, shallow revetted bunkers, and strategic, walkable routing that harmonizes with the natural land contours.
