User-generated content. We collect any content you submit, including course reviews, condition reports, and photos. This content is associated with your account.
Profile information. You may optionally add a profile photo. If no photo is uploaded, we may request a Gravatar image associated with your email address from Gravatar.com.
Usage data. We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security, debugging, and improving the service.

Service providers. We use Supabase (database hosting) and Vercel (web hosting) to operate the platform. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Public content. Reviews, photos, and condition reports you submit are visible to other users of the platform. Your display name is shown alongside your content; your email address is never publicly displayed.
Your data is stored on servers located in Australia via our hosting provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (such as maintaining records of moderation actions).
User-generated content (reviews, photos, condition reports) may be retained in anonymised form after account deletion to preserve the integrity of the course data.
