Golf Course Architect
Cornish & Silva refers to the golf‑course design partnership of Geoffrey Cornish and Brian Silva. Cornish (1914–2012), a Canadian‑born agronomist and prolific New England architect, partnered with agronomist‑turned‑architect Brian Silva beginning in the early 1980s.
, designed and renovated numerous courses, with Silva later forming Silva & Mungeam after the dissolution of the partnership. Silva is credited individually with designing Crooked Creek Golf Club in London, Kentucky (opened 1993).
