Designed by architect Jack Fleming, it features a mountainous parkland-style layout consisting of 9 holes that measure 2,804 yards from the back tees. The course includes 3 par-threes, 5 par-fours, and 1 par five.
It offers separate tee boxes for the front and back nines, allowing for varied angles and approaches. The course is situated in a valley and meadow, approximately 15 minutes north of Middletown.
