Ashdown Park operates an 18-hole par-3 golf course within the 186-acre Ashdown Park Hotel estate near Forest Row in East Sussex. The hotel allows both guests and non-members to play, so the course is not restricted to resort residents. A current published scorecard measures 2,104 yards, with all 18 holes playing as par 3s.
Hole lengths range from 46 to 204 yards. The hotel's estate history places construction of the golf course and driving range after the property was sold in 1991 and transformed from an institutional estate into a country-house hotel, although no exact course opening date or architect has been publicly identified. Current facilities include a driving range, putting green, club and trolley hire, coaching, a shop and the adjoining Country Club.

Ashdown Park had previously been used for institutional and training purposes. When that use ended and the property was sold in 1991, the estate team began converting the grounds for their new role as a country-house hotel. Long-serving estate manager Kevin Sweet recalls that the golf course and driving range were among the facilities constructed during that transformation.
The golf course became one component of a larger 186-acre leisure estate that also includes gardens, woodland, hotel accommodation and the Country Club.
Ashdown Park continues to operate the full 18-hole par-3 layout for hotel guests, Country Club members and paying non-members.
