Bergen Golfklubb is a nine-hole golf club at Åstveit in Øvre Ervik, Bergen, in Vestland county. The club was founded in 1937 and its course opened in October 1938, making it one of Norway's oldest golf facilities. The nine physical holes are played from different teeing positions on the first and second circuits to create an 18-hole round.
The traditional Yellow 18-hole routing measures 4,563 metres and plays to par 68; its current men's rating is 66.0 with a slope of 118. Bergen accepts green-fee visitors, although guests must hold a handicap of 42.0 or lower and tee times are prepaid when booked through GolfBox. The club's 2026 green fees distinguish between weekday mornings and later weekday, weekend and public-holiday play.
The course is a 9-hole parkland golf course. It plays to par 68, 4,563m, course rating 66 and slope rating 118. The course originally opened in 1938. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Practice Green, Golf Lessons, Pro Shop, Clubhouse, Golf Simulator.
Bergen Golfklubb was founded in 1937 after an agreement was made to use land that had formed part of the Åstveit farm. The course opened in October 1938. Club planning documents describe it as Norway's third-oldest golf course.
The course has changed repeatedly over its history. The club records show that its 18-hole par has moved from 68 to 67 and later back to 68 as the nine-hole layout and teeing arrangements evolved.
The club continues to operate the compact nine-hole course at Åstveit, supplemented by practice greens, a driving range, instruction and simulator golf.
