Bowen Island Golf Club is a 9-hole course tucked into the rainforest of Bowen Island, British Columbia, a 20-minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay near Vancouver. Designed by Russ Olson and opened in 2006, the course marked its 20th anniversary in 2026 and has been recognised by Canadian Golf Magazine as one of the country's must-play nine-hole layouts.
The course plays to a par of 35 over 3,003 yards from the Blue tees (course rating 69.2, slope 130), with three sets of tee boxes giving golfers of different abilities a genuinely different test on the same nine holes — a common and effective approach for a shorter course built on constrained island terrain. The routing mixes two par 5s, four par 4s and three par 3s, framed throughout by mature forest and views across Howe Sound.

It is semi-private, welcoming both members and visitors. On-site facilities include Junior Membership, Driving Range, Golf Simulator, Practice Green, Chipping Area, Restaurant, Pro Shop, Golf Lessons.
