Cape Cornwall Club operates an 18-hole coastal course near St Just and Penzance in far-west Cornwall. From the white tees the course measures 5,672 yards and plays to par 70; a forward blue configuration shortens the course to 4,105 yards and par 63. The property was formerly Nanpean Farm.
In the late 1980s owner Donald Payne developed the farm into a golf course with designer Bob Hamilton, converting existing stone barns and the farmhouse for clubhouse use. The course opened to the public in 1990. The current owners, Andy and Leanne Cleary, acquired the property in July 2019.
The course is an 18-hole parkland golf course. It plays to par 70, 5,672 yards. Designed by Bob Hamilton, the course originally opened in 1990. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Terrace, Function Room, Clubhouse, Restaurant, Bar, Hotel, Gym, Indoor swimming pool, and 2 more.
The land was formerly Nanpean Farm, owned by the Payne family. During the late 1980s Donald Payne decided to turn the property into an 18-hole golf course and worked with designer Bob Hamilton.
The course opened to the public in 1990. Donald Payne's sons Nigel and Robert later ran the operation. After several subsequent ownership changes, Andy and Leanne Cleary purchased the property in July 2019.
