Cathkin Braes Golf Club is located in South Lanarkshire, Scotland. Founded in 1888, it is the oldest golf course in Glasgow and was later redesigned by James Braid. The course measures 6200 yards and has a par of 71.
It features a relatively flat moorland layout with some tree-lined holes, including a par-3 hole that requires players to navigate over a loch to reach the green. Despite its proximity to Glasgow, the course is situated in a rural setting.
