Design Philosophy

Snell produced a heathland-style layout making use of the site's sandy, free-draining ground. That underlying geology became central to the course's ability to remain on normal tees and greens during periods when heavier-soil courses can struggle.

Development

The course matured through the decades following its early-1990s construction while remaining closely associated with the Snell family.

Today

College Pines is an 18-hole, par-73 club welcoming members and visitors and providing a driving range, practice facilities, pro shop and clubhouse hospitality.
