Desert Lakes Golf Course is located in Alamogordo, New Mexico, at the base of the Sacramento Mountain range. The course features a tree-lined, parkland-style front nine and a back nine that is integrated into the southern New Mexico desert. It was remodeled in 1996-97 by Williams & Gill and offers four sets of tees to accommodate various levels of play.
The course includes large greens with subtle undulations and numerous water hazards that come into play on eleven of the eighteen holes. Alamogordo enjoys year-round golf with summer highs in the 90s and moderate winter temperatures.
On-site facilities include Pro Shop, Bar.
