Diamond Country Club at Atzenbrugg is a multi-course golf resort whose flagship Diamond Course is an 18-hole, par-72 championship layout. Club history records the start of construction on 6 August 1999 using a design by Jeremy Pern and the opening of the golf facility on 26 June 2000. The Diamond Course later became Austria's regular European Tour venue and has hosted eleven European Tour events according to the club.
Following flooding in autumn 2024, Olazábal Design led renovation work, including redesigns to holes 1, 2 and 6. The longest rated Diamond Course tees measure 6,801 metres with a 77.7 rating and 144 slope. The resort now also includes the redesigned 18-hole Gold Course and a 9-hole public Park Course.
The course is an 18-hole resort golf course. It plays to par 72, 6,801m (7,438 yards), course rating 77.7 and slope rating 144. Designed by Jeremy Pern, the course originally opened in 2000. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Putting Green, Pitching Green, Chipping Green, Practice Bunker, Golf Academy, Restaurant, Hotel, and 2 more.
Construction of the original 36-hole development began on 6 August 1999 from plans by Jeremy Pern. The golf facility opened on 26 June 2000 under earlier club identities before becoming Diamond Country Club.
The Guzy family took over the property in 2009 and renamed it Diamond Country Club. European Tour expertise and input from Miguel Ángel Jiménez contributed to later development. Flooding in autumn 2024 prompted further renovation under Olazábal Design.
The Diamond Course became a regular European Tour venue, with the club recording eleven editions of European Tour competition.
The resort comprises the Diamond Course, the newer Gold Course and the 9-hole Park Course, totalling 45 holes.
