Don Golf & Country Club is a golf development at Starocherkasskaya in Rostov Oblast, near Rostov-on-Don. The course was designed by German architect Volker Puschel and construction is credited by regional tourism sources to Mokinski & Co. Current golf-course databases document a playable nine-hole, par-36 routing measuring 3,158 yards from the black tees, while a Rostov tourism listing describes the broader project as an 18-hole championship course.
Because those sources conflict on the number of completed holes, this record uses the nine-hole configuration for which a complete scorecard is available and flags the 18-hole description for review. The course uses the open landscape of the Don region, with lakes incorporated into the site. The larger Don Golf Resort project has been described as covering approximately 500 hectares and has included plans for accommodation and other country-club facilities.
