Echo City Golf Course, operated online as Echo Hills Golf Course, is a nine-hole municipal course in Echo, Oregon. The layout is a compact par-29 course consisting mainly of par threes with two par fours. It sits above the Umatilla River Valley near Interstate 84 and serves both local golfers and travelers between Pendleton and Hermiston.
The facility combines the short course with a driving range, pro-shop and snack-bar operation, plus cart rentals and public tee-time booking. Current published rates distinguish nine- and 18-hole play, with golfers completing a second circuit for 18 holes. Because available mapping services calculate their own yardages from OpenStreetMap rather than reproducing an official measured scorecard, those derived lengths are not used in the structured course fields.
