Estonian Golf & Country Club at Jõelähtme is a multi-course golf facility whose principal layout is the 18-hole Sea Course. Designed by Finnish architect Lassi Pekka Tilander, the Sea Course extends beyond 7,000 yards, with a published back-tee distance of 6,504 metres and par 72. Its routing passes through woodland, reaches the Baltic coast and follows parts of the Jägala River, with approximately 40 metres of elevation variation across the site.
The facility also has the separate nine-hole Stone Course, so its statistics should not be combined with the Sea Course. EGCC has developed a substantial championship record, including European amateur and team championships and World Cup European qualifying. Viktor Hovland set a Sea Course record of 63 during the 2016 European Amateur Championship.
The course is an 18-hole parkland golf course. It plays to par 72, 6,504m (7,113 yards). The course was designed by Lasse Pekka Tilander. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Golf Academy, Restaurant, Function Room, Practice Facilities.
Tilander routed the Sea Course through a varied landscape of forest, river frontage, Baltic shoreline, natural ponds, old oaks and glacial boulders rather than imposing a uniform character across the property.
Golf World began ranking the Sea Course among leading European courses in 2009 and selected it for its Top 100 European X-Factor Courses list in 2022.
EGCC combines the 18-hole Sea Course with the separate Stone Course and supporting academy, practice and clubhouse facilities.
