About Founders Club at Pawleys Island

Founders Club at Pawleys Island is an 18-hole, Par 72 golf course located in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. The course was designed by former Gary Player lead designer Thomas Walker and is built on the site of the former Sea Gull Golf Club, which dates back to 1966. Founders Club features five sets of tees, allowing for varying levels of difficulty.

The course includes natural beach sand in waste areas and native grasses, with minimal cart paths to enhance the coastal golfing experience. The facility includes a large putting area and a chipping facility, as well as a clubhouse with a wrap-around porch overlooking the 10th and 18th holes. Founders Club is a member of Founders Group International and the Hammock Coast Golf Trail.
