Nestled at an altitude of 1,320 meters above the charming village of Megève, Golf du Mont d'Arbois is the oldest mountain golf course, offering a breathtaking 18-hole layout that combines stunning alpine views with a meticulously maintained garden-like setting. Originally conceived by Noémie de Rothschild in the 1920s and later redesigned by professional golfer Henry Cotton, this par 72 course features gentle undulations that enhance the playing experience while allowing golfers to enjoy powerful swings amidst the spectacular backdrop of Mont Joly and the Aravis mountain range. The course's distinctive design includes strategically placed hazards and beautiful vistas from nearly every hole, creating an atmosphere that is both challenging and serene, perfect for both amateur and professional players alike.
The annual Pro Am Four Seasons Resort Megève further enriches the course's character, drawing golf enthusiasts to compete and witness demonstrations from esteemed players like Raphaël Jacquelin.
