Golfbaan de Kroonprins is a public golf complex in Vianen, Utrecht, with an 18-hole polder-links course and a separate 9-hole par-3 course. The main course was designed by Dutch architect Michiel van der Vaart and opened in 2016. Its open polder setting uses broad, rolling fairways, large greens, bunkering and exposed wind rather than mature woodland.
A published Yellow scorecard plays to par 71 over 5,864 metres, with a listed course rating of 73.5 and slope of 126. Green-fee players are welcome; the 18-hole course requires a handicap of 54 or better, while the par-3 course can be played with course permission. Current standard rates are €42.50 for nine holes and €72.50 for 18 holes on the main course, while an unlimited-day ticket for the par-3 course costs €35.
The course is a 27-hole links golf course. Designed by Michiel van der Vaart, the course originally opened in 2016. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Putting Green, Chipping Green, Golf Lessons, Clubhouse, Restaurant, Terrace, Lockers, and 3 more.
De Kroonprins was developed by the Kool family, also associated with Golfpark Wilnis, as a new home course for Golfclub De Lingewaelsche.
Michiel van der Vaart used the open polder landscape to create a wind-exposed course with rolling fairways, strategic bunkering and large contoured greens.
The golf complex opened in 2016 and combines the 18-hole main course with a separate par-3 layout and extensive practice facilities.
The complex welcomes green-fee golfers and remains the home of Golfclub De Lingewaelsche.
