Golfcenter Seve is a public golf training facility in Rotterdam, South Holland, built around a nine-hole par-3 course and a large covered driving range. The official course page publishes hole lengths from 51 to 120 metres, totaling 755 metres for the nine, with every hole playing as a par 3. The driving range has more than 60 covered and heated bays and is fully equipped with TrackMan.
Seve also operates a Golf Academy with certified professionals, practice facilities, a golf shop and a restaurant. Non-members can use the practice facilities and play the par-3 course for separate entrance and green-fee charges. The facility is named for Spanish golfer Severiano Ballesteros.
The course is a 9-hole golf course. It plays to par 27, 755m. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, TrackMan, Golf Academy, Golf Lessons, Practice Facilities, Golf Shop, Club Fitting, Restaurant.
A Dutch golf-history archive traces the operation to Golf Centrum Rotterdam, founded in 1987 by John Scholte. The facility developed as a dedicated urban golf and practice centre rather than a conventional 18-hole club.
The current playing course consists entirely of par-3 holes from 51 to 120 metres, complementing the practice focus of the site. It is designed to accommodate beginners while still providing short-game practice for established golfers.
Golf Centrum Rotterdam became Golfcenter Seve in 2013. The modern operation has expanded around technology-led practice, with more than 60 covered and heated driving-range bays now equipped with TrackMan and a formal Golf Academy serving both beginners and advanced players.

Seve combines a public par-3 course, TrackMan range, Golf Academy, golf shop and restaurant at Kleiweg in Rotterdam. Both members and non-members can pay to use the course and practice facilities.
