Hayward Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 public course in Hayward, Wisconsin, with roots in 1924. The club was formed in May of that year and its original nine holes — now the back nine — were ready for play by August. A formal grand opening followed on 2 August 1925.
Current published scorecard information shows a longest Black setup of approximately 6,718 yards, with additional Blue, White, Gold and Red tees. The par sequence comprises four par threes, ten par fours and four par fives. The club has operated for more than a century and continues to provide public golf as well as memberships.

Hayward Golf Club was formed in May 1924, with memberships sold and financial assistance supplied by L.S. Robins. By August the original nine holes, which now form the back nine, were ready for play.
The formal grand opening took place on 2 August 1925 with George Tosh serving as professional and Bill Marquardt as assistant professional. Walter Hagen visited the following month. Grass greens were constructed in 1927 as the young facility became more established.
More than a century after its formation, Hayward operates as an 18-hole, par-72 public course with multiple tee sets, clubhouse dining, a bar and membership programs.
