Howth Golf Club is an 18-hole heathland course on the Howth peninsula in County Dublin. The club dates its foundation to 1916, although organised play had begun shortly beforehand. James Braid was later engaged to design an additional nine holes and reorganise the full 18-hole layout; the expanded course was formally opened on 15 June 1929.
The club describes the present course as Dublin's only pure heathland course. Visitors are accepted and current published green fees are €100 for an 18-hole weekday round and €115 on Saturdays and Sundays. Facilities include a driving range and practice areas, golf shop and academy, bars, restaurant, clubhouse and locker rooms.

The first competitions associated with the emerging club were played in late 1915. Howth treats 1916 as its formal foundation year because that was the first season with elected club officers, including captain E. Stuart.
James Braid was engaged during the club's expansion and designed the additional nine while reorganising the complete 18-hole course. His work incorporated doglegs and the peninsula's natural heathland.
Construction of the expanded layout took about fourteen months. W.T. Cosgrave formally opened the new nine on 15 June 1929.
Howth remains a member club that welcomes visitors and provides online visitor tee-time booking.
