Innisfil Creek Golf Club was an 18-hole public course at 239 Reive Boulevard in Cookstown, Ontario. It opened in 1997 and operated through the 2023 season. The club's published scorecard showed a par-70 layout measuring 5,674 yards from the Blue tees, with a men's course rating of 66.1 and slope of 125.5.
White and Red tees measured 5,300 and 4,725 yards respectively. The Torkos family purchased the property from its original owners in 2004 and operated it for the following two decades. In February 2024 owner Nick Torkos announced that the course would close permanently because the Town of Innisfil's South Innisfil Creek Drain reconstruction project was scheduled to affect the property substantially, including holes 6, 9, 13 and 14 and several bridges.

Tom and Sophia Torkos purchased the golf property from its original owners in 2004. Their family operated the course for roughly two decades, and by its final season it had 165 members and nearly 100 league golfers.
The final rounds were played in 2023. In February 2024 owner Nick Torkos announced permanent closure because the Town of Innisfil's South Innisfil Creek Drain reconstruction was scheduled to begin on the property. The planned works would widen and deepen the creek, affect holes 6, 9, 13 and 14, require excavation and involve replacement of bridges.
The expected disruption and associated costs made continued golf operations impractical.
