Kiawah Island Golf Resort - The Ocean Course is located in Kiawah Island, South Carolina, United States. This resort course features the most seaside holes in the Northern Hemisphere, with ten holes adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean and eight running parallel to them. Designed by Pete Dye, the course was elevated to provide unobstructed views of the coastline, which also increases its difficulty due to the influence of coastal winds.
