Newtonmore Golf Club is an 18-hole Highland parkland course beside the River Spey in the Cairngorms. The club began with nine holes in 1893 and expanded to 18 holes in 1906. Its current official specification is 6,031 yards and par 70, which conflicts with the par-71 value presently stored in the database.
James Braid is strongly associated with Newtonmore, but the club's own history does not identify him as the original 1893 designer. Instead, it records that Braid and Sandy Herd played at Newtonmore and that Braid returned after the First World War to make improvements. He is therefore more accurately treated as a renovator.
The course is an 18-hole parkland golf course. It plays to par 70, 5,515m (6,031 yards). The course originally opened in 1893. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Clubhouse, Restaurant, Bar, Practice Facilities.

Newtonmore currently describes its course as a 6,031-yard, par-70 parkland layout and publishes visitor rates for the 2026 season.
