The course was designed by Architects Tull & Tull and opened in 1926. The facility is owned by the City of Norwich and offers different sets of tees to accommodate various skill levels. Mike Svab, a PGA member, manages the facility, while Eric Kundahl serves as the Golf Course Superintendent.
