Paloheinä Golf is a pay-and-play golf centre in northern Helsinki beside the city's Central Park. Its principal course, Iso Ysi, is a full-length nine-hole, par-36 layout designed by Lasse Pekka Tilander and brought into use in August 2013. It is open to the public without a golf-club membership or Green Card requirement and can also be played twice as an 18-hole round.
Current 2026 green fees are €28 for nine holes and €45 for 18 holes for adults, with junior rates of €16 and €22. The same facility also contains Evergreen, a separate artificial-turf par-3 practice course with five physical greens and nine playing lanes; that layout should not be merged with Iso Ysi's scorecard. Paloheinä also operates a large driving range and golf school with Green Card courses, private coaching and junior instruction.
The course is a 9-hole golf course. Designed by Lasse Pekka Tilander, the course originally opened in 2013. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Par 3 Practice Course, Golf School, Golf Lessons, Green Card Courses, Junior Coaching, Clubhouse.
Paloheinä Golf developed on approximately 30 hectares leased from the City of Helsinki. Paloheinä Golf Oy built and owns the range, clubhouse, Iso Ysi nine-hole course and Evergreen practice course.
The full-length Iso Ysi, designed by Lasse Pekka Tilander, entered service in August 2013. HIFK Golf later became the Finnish Golf Union member club using Paloheinä as its home facility.
Paloheinä operates on a pay-and-play model, allowing golfers to book Iso Ysi without membership while also providing the Evergreen beginner course, a major driving range and extensive instruction.
