About Paragraph Golf & Spa Tabori

Paragraph Tabori Golf Club is a nine-hole, par-36 course on Mount Tabori above central Tbilisi. Designed by Kevin Ramsey of Golfplan, it measures 2,973 metres according to the Georgian Professional & Amateur Golf Association. Construction of the golf course was completed in late 2018, but the layout was not opened to the golfing public until late 2025, when the associated Paragraph Golf & Spa Tabori hotel and cable-car connection were completed.

The course occupies a narrow, rocky ridge, and Ramsey has explained that construction required careful management of limited topsoil, rock, tree removal and water storage. The opening holes were intentionally routed downhill, while the finishing sequence was planned with the hotel as a visual reference. Facilities associated with the golf operation include a driving range, performance centre, golf instruction and clubhouse facilities.

The course is a 9-hole mountain golf course. It plays to par 36, 2,973m. Designed by Kevin Ramsey, the course originally opened in 2025. It is open to resort guests. On-site facilities include Driving range, Performance centre, Golf lessons, Clubhouse, Restaurant, Spa, Hotel.

Origins

The Mount Tabori development was spearheaded by the Georgian Tourism Development Fund as a combined hotel, golf and cable-car project overlooking Tbilisi. Kevin Ramsey of Golfplan was engaged to design the nine-hole course. Construction of the layout was completed in late 2018, but completion of the wider destination took considerably longer.

Did You Know?
The golf course was completed roughly seven years before it was finally opened to the golfing public.

Design Philosophy

Ramsey worked with a long, narrow ridgetop where topsoil was scarce and substantial rock complicated both shaping and water-storage construction. Tree removal was deliberately limited. He routed the opening holes downhill to introduce players to the elevated views, while the closing section was arranged to descend with the hotel in the background.

Development

Although the course itself was finished in 2018, it remained out of public view until the associated hotel and cable-car infrastructure were completed. IMG Golf Course Services began managing operations before the eventual public opening, which occurred in late 2025.

Today

Paragraph Tabori now operates as the golf component of Paragraph Golf & Spa Tabori, Autograph Collection. The resort advertises a nine-hole course, golf practice and training facilities, spa, accommodation and dining.
