Park Hills Golf Course is a 36-hole public golf facility in Freeport, Illinois, operated within the Freeport Park District system. The property contains two separate 18-hole, par-72 layouts, the East Course and West Course, spread across more than 300 acres of rolling ground. D.

Park Hills' two-course complex dates to 1955. The club's official history credits C.D. Wagstaff, also associated with Mauh-Nah-Tee-See Club in Rockford, with designing both the East and West courses.
Both courses use the rolling terrain of the Freeport property, but they remain distinct routings rather than interchangeable nines. Each is a full 18-hole par-72 course.
Over time Park Hills developed into a broad public-golf facility rather than simply two courses. The property now includes a 300-yard grass practice range, two practice putting greens, professional shop, instruction, clubhouse hospitality and cart facilities.
Park Hills remains a public 36-hole facility associated with the Freeport Park District. The East and West courses are both available for daily play, and the club publishes daily, twilight and special-rate golf.
