Pelican Hill Golf Club is a 36-hole resort golf facility at Newport Coast, California, consisting of two separate Tom Fazio designs: Ocean North and Ocean South. Ocean North is par 71 and measures 6,945 yards from the Black tees at 73.5/137. Ocean South is par 70 and measures 6,580 yards from the Black tees at 72.0/133.
The courses were originally developed in the early 1990s and later closed for approximately two years while Fazio undertook a broad 're-perfection' programme; the golf club reopened on November 2, 2007. A further renovation programme led by Brian Curley of Curley-Wagner Golf Design was announced in 2025, concentrating on bunkers, tees and green surrounds. Both courses are available to resort guests and the general public through advance reservations.

The Irvine Company developed Pelican Hill's two Tom Fazio golf courses on Newport Coast in the early 1990s, establishing Ocean South and Ocean North as separate layouts within one golf club.
Fazio routed both courses through coastal canyons, plateaus and open terrain while retaining broad strategic options. Ocean North climbs across higher ground, while Ocean South brings several holes closer to the Pacific edge.
Both courses closed in November 2005 for a two-year Fazio-led 're-perfection' programme and reopened on November 2, 2007. In October 2025 Pelican Hill announced a further renovation by Brian Curley focused mainly on bunker realignment and restoration, tee expansion and levelling, and green surrounds.
Both Pelican Hill courses have appeared in major US resort and public-course rankings, including Golf Digest recognition.
Pelican Hill operates as a 36-hole resort golf club with separate Ocean North and Ocean South tee sheets, practice facilities and public as well as resort-guest access.
