POTTGOLF Oberhausen is located in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The facility features two distinct 9-hole courses, including the shortest course in Germany that is eligible for official handicaps. The Jacobi Platz allows players to play without a handicap certificate when accompanied by an experienced golfer, making it suitable for beginners.
The course includes a driving range with grass teeing areas and covered spots for inclement weather. Dogs are permitted on the course, provided they are leashed. The site has a history dating back to 1999 when it was developed on the grounds of the former Jacobi coal mine, transforming the area into a public golfing facility.
