The course is built on land that previously produced plums and peaches and is irrigated using reclaimed water from the city. The design incorporates natural grasses and bunkers to create a heathland golf experience. The club also includes The Patio Grill & Bar, which offers dining options and views of the golf course.
On-site facilities include Driving Range, Putting Green, Chipping Area, Pro Shop, Locker Room, Junior Membership, Restaurant, Lodge.
