Royston Golf Club is located in Hertfordshire, England. The origins of the 18-hole golf course date back to 1869 when two Cambridge University students laid out the first course. Golf at Royston has been dated back as far as 1624, with local historians claiming that the 1st Earl of Buckingham was among the first golfers.
The course features a heathland layout with a unique links feel, situated near the Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire border. The naturally draining landscape allows for year-round play. The club offers a welcoming atmosphere with a clubhouse, bar, and a fully stocked pro shop.
