Origins

The property opened as Indian River Golf Club in 1992, with Lynn Young credited as original architect.

Did You Know?
The course's new name, Solina, emerged from a comprehensive redevelopment of an existing 1990s golf property rather than construction on a completely new site.

Design Philosophy

The modern redevelopment retained an existing golf corridor while materially reshaping the playing strategy, turf presentation and identity of the course under the Bryan brothers' involvement.

Development

Indian River was substantially redeveloped and rebranded as Solina Golf Club under Bluebird Golf Management, with George Bryan IV and Wesley Bryan closely associated with the work and promotion of the new club.

Recognition

The Bryan brothers' golf media presence has given the redevelopment unusually broad exposure for a new private regional club.

Today

Solina operates as a private membership club with an 18-hole course, practice facilities, golf shop and Gregory's Restaurant.
