Visitors are welcomed seven days a week, with tee times and seasonal pricing handled through the club's booking system.

Sweetwoods opened in 1994 on a large rural estate on the Kent-Sussex border. Secondary histories identify farmers Peter Strand and Michael Hewson as central to its development, although sources disagree over whether Strand should formally be treated as course architect.
The course follows the existing undulating landscape through woodland, streams and lakes rather than presenting a uniform open parkland character.
Sweetwoods welcomes visitors seven days a week and combines golf with a Toptracer practice range, coaching, clubhouse facilities and events.
