SwinGolf Südstrand is an 18-hole SwinGolf facility in Neustadt-Pelzerhaken, Schleswig-Holstein. The official site states that the course covers eight hectares and is designed around SwinGolf rather than conventional club golf. Players do not need a handicap, course licence, club membership or their own equipment: admission includes use of an original SwinGolf club, two balls, a scorecard and an introductory session at the practice net.
The venue operates seasonally from April 1 through October 31 and publishes day-ticket, six-visit and twelve-visit prices for adults and children, as well as a family day ticket. Because SwinGolf uses different equipment and playing conventions from traditional golf, conventional golf-course rating, slope and standard tee-set data are not applicable and have not been fabricated for the database.
The course is an 18-hole golf course. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Club Hire, Practice Facilities.
The facility is built around the simplified SwinGolf format, which uses softer balls and a universal club and does not require a traditional golf handicap or course licence.
The course operates seasonally from April through October and targets casual individuals, families and groups, with equipment and an introduction included in admission.
