The Horley Course is the full 18-hole layout at The Oaks Golf Centre in Carshalton, separate from the facility's nine-hole Acorn Course. It is a public parkland course playing to par 70 for men and measuring 6,024 yards from the White tees. Yellow tees measure 5,662 yards, while the Red women's course is 5,284 yards and par 72.
The course opened in 1975 and is built over chalk-based ground, which contributes to drainage and allows the facility to remain playable through much of the winter. Its suburban setting includes mature parkland and elevated views toward London. The Oaks operates as a public facility rather than a members-only club and publishes separate weekday, weekend and concession visitor rates.

The Horley Course was established in 1975 as the principal full-length course at The Oaks. Its location on chalk-based ground became an important practical characteristic because of the resulting drainage.
The course was laid out as a conventional full-length parkland test rather than a short municipal course. Its par-70 men's card combines five par threes with three par fives and ten par fours.
The Oaks subsequently added and maintained the separate nine-hole Acorn Course, creating two distinct golf options at the same public facility.
The Horley remains an 18-hole public course with weekday, weekend and concession green fees. The Oaks also offers twilight golf and online tee-time booking.
