About The Ole Miss Golf Course

The Ole Miss Golf Course is an 18-hole public course in Oxford, Mississippi, operated in association with the University of Mississippi. Cary Middlecoff designed the original course, which opened in 1973. The facility underwent a $3.5 million reconstruction in 2008 under Nathan Crace of Watermark Golf/Nathan Crace Design and formally reopened on October 1 that year.

The work rebuilt all green complexes to USGA specifications, reconstructed bunkers, added new back and forward tees, installed a new irrigation system, regrassed the fairways with 419 Bermuda, expanded the driving range and pushed the championship length beyond 7,000 yards. The current Blue tees play 7,035 yards at par 72 with a 73.3 course rating and 125 slope. White, Gold and Red tees provide progressively shorter options.

The course is an 18-hole golf course. It plays to par 72, 7,035 yards, course rating 73.3 and slope rating 125. Designed by Cary Middlecoff, the course originally opened in 1973. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Putting Green, Chipping Green, Short Game Area, Pro Shop, Restaurant, Golf Cart Rental, Junior Membership, and 1 more.
