The River Course at Louisville Landing Recreation is an 18-hole public golf course in Massena, New York, beside the St. Lawrence River. Canadian golf professional Albert Murray designed the course, which opened in 1958 as Massena Country Club.
The dedicated official course page lists a championship length of 6,670 yards and par 71. The front nine runs primarily through wooded ground, while the back nine provides repeated views of the St. Lawrence River; the river directly affects play on the closing holes.
The course is an 18-hole golf course. It plays to par 71, 6,099m (6,670 yards), course rating 70.9 and slope rating 114. Designed by Albert Murray, the course originally opened in 1958. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Pro Shop, Golf Lessons, Club Fitting, Club Repair, Restaurant, Bar, Clubhouse, Event Space.

The official club description distinguishes the two nines: the longer front nine moves through wooded areas and includes an unusual mix of three par 3s, three par 4s and three par 5s, while the back nine is oriented toward the river. The St. Lawrence becomes a direct strategic feature on holes 17 and 18.
The major institutional change came in April 2021, when the Town of Louisville assumed operation of the former Massena Country Club. The municipal facility was renamed The River Course at Louisville Landing Recreation.
The course and its restaurant are open to the public. Louisville Landing offers daily-fee play, season passes, lessons, fitting and repair services, golf outings and community fundraising events.
