Winding Creek Golf Club is a public 27-hole golf facility at 4514 Ottogan Street in Holland, Michigan. The club began with nine holes in 1968 on a former horse farm. A second nine was under construction by 1975, and after a 1988 ownership change and increased demand, a third nine was added in 1994.
The result is three distinct nine-hole layouts that can be combined for longer rounds rather than one fixed 18-hole course. Holland-area tourism material describes the nines as mixing links-style golf, tree-lined fairways and target-golf characteristics. The club caters to daily-fee players, leagues, outings and tournaments.
The course is a 27-hole golf course. The course originally opened in 1968. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Putting Green, Golf Lessons, Golf Carts, Pull Cart Hire, Club Hire, Club Fitting, Pro Shop, and 3 more.
Winding Creek began as a nine-hole course in 1968 on a former horse farm in Holland, Michigan.
A second nine was under construction in 1975. After a change of ownership in 1988 and improvements in playing conditions, demand supported further expansion, and a third nine opened in 1994. In 1998 the ownership group also acquired Chase Hammond Golf Club in Muskegon, although the two properties are now operated separately.
Winding Creek remains a 27-hole daily-fee facility serving public golf, leagues, outings and tournament play.
