Always verify directly with the golf course before making travel arrangements or booking a tee time. Sentiero Golf accepts no liability for decisions made based on information on this site.

User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate registration information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

User-Generated Content

By submitting a review, photo, or condition report ("Content"), you grant Sentiero Golf a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that Content on the platform and in related promotional materials.

You agree that your Content will:

• Be based on your genuine, first-hand experience
• Be accurate and not misleading
• Not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Not contain offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory material
• Not be submitted in exchange for payment, reward, or at the direction of a golf club or competitor

We reserve the right to remove Content that violates these terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, is harmful to the integrity of the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Submit false, fabricated, or fraudulent reviews or condition reports
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission

Intellectual Property

The Sentiero Golf name, logo, and all original content on this platform (excluding user-submitted content and third-party course data) are the property of Sentiero Golf and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Course information compiled from public sources is presented for informational purposes. If you are a golf club and believe information about your course is inaccurate or should be removed, please contact us via the Contact page.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sentiero Golf and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service or any content on it.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed AUD $100.
