Golf Course Architect
David (Jock) Whillans is documented as having collaborated with Frank Lennox and the Victoria Golf Club in laying out the original nine‑hole course at Cheltenham Golf Club, ready for play in 1936. Beyond that specific contribution, there appears to be scant further information publicly available about his wider career or background.
