Bukit Jawi Golf Resort at Sungai Jawi on mainland Penang is a 36-hole golf property consisting of two separate par-72 layouts: the Hill Course and the Lake Course. The Hill Course is published at approximately 6,365 metres from its back tees, while the Lake Course is listed at approximately 6,165 metres. Both layouts cross undulating former plantation terrain, but their names reflect different playing characteristics: the Hill Course makes greater use of elevation while water is more prominent on the Lake Course.
Published golf sources credit Malaysian architects Khor Kheng Teik and Wong Yew Kuan with the resort's design, although individual course credits vary between sources. Because these are two genuinely distinct 18-hole layouts, course-level par, rating and scorecard values should not be merged into one record without identifying the specific course.
The course is a 36-hole resort golf course. The course was designed by Khor Kheng Teik and Wong Yew Kuan. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Clubhouse, Food and beverage, Accommodation.
