Carrollton Park DGC is an 18-hole public disc-golf course in Bridgeton, Missouri. It was established in 2012 on the former Carrollton residential subdivision, land that had been acquired for airport expansion but was never used for that purpose. David McCormack is credited with the original design.
The course uses the old neighborhood's roads, terraces, landscaping remnants and elevation to create a long championship-level disc-golf layout. UDisc currently lists a Main layout at par 66 and also records a permanent longer Blue-basket layout, while the St. Louis Disc Golf Club lists par 64, so a single par is not stored at facility level.
The course is an 18-hole golf course. Designed by David McCormack, the course originally opened in 2012. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Disc Golf Baskets, Concrete Tees, Restroom.
Carrollton Park was created on a former subdivision that had been purchased for airport expansion and subsequently left unused. Bridgeton converted the land to park use and the disc-golf course was established in 2012.
David McCormack's design uses former streets, terracing, elevation and mixed open/wooded ground to demand both distance and placement.
The course later received major concrete tee pads, improved tee signage and additional permanent baskets, and it now supports multiple layouts.
Carrollton is a free public 18-hole disc-golf course with multiple basket/layout configurations.
