Chestnut Hills Golf Club is an 18-hole public golf course at 11502 Illinois Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The course opened in 1995 and is credited to major-championship winner Fuzzy Zoeller together with golf architect Clyde B. Johnston.
The current Blue tees measure 7,012 yards, play to par 72 and carry a 73.8 rating and 133 slope. White tees measure 6,548 yards, Green 6,057 and Red 5,143, with separate men's and women's ratings published for some forward tees. The club operates public daily-fee golf, a driving range and instruction.
