Club de Golf Terramar is an 18-hole golf club in Sitges, Catalonia, with a history beginning in 1927, when golfers played an original nine-hole course with sand greens. The present championship course is par 72. The 2026 Catalan federation guide lists the White tees at 6,154 metres with a 72.6 course rating and slope of 137; Yellow measures 5,841 metres at 70.7/133, Blue 5,347 metres at 73.9/128 for women, Red 4,987 metres at 71.6/120 and Orange 4,064 metres at 66.3/111.
W. Hawtree, Manuel Piñero, Jim Fazio and Enrique Saenger, with Mackenzie & Ebert responsible for an integral modern redesign. The club accepts visitors subject to handicap and frequency restrictions.
The course is an 18-hole golf course. It plays to par 72, 6,154m, course rating 72.6 and slope rating 137. Designed by Frederick George Hawtree, the course originally opened in 1927. It is semi-private, welcoming both members and visitors. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Putting Green, Short Game Area, Pitch and Putt, Pro Shop, Golf Academy, Club Hire, Golf Cart Rental, and 8 more.
Golf formed part of the Terramar Garden City project that began in 1919. By 1927 a group of golfers was playing an original nine-hole course with sand greens, with the Terramar Park Hotel serving as the social centre.
The course was repeatedly expanded and altered. A first enlargement occurred in 1948, grass greens were introduced in 1952, and the move to a full 18-hole course culminated in 1973. Later work involved Manuel Piñero, Jim Fazio and Enrique Saenger.
A modern master plan by Mackenzie & Ebert introduced a new Mediterranean par 3 in 2016, additional holes in 2020 and further changes around holes 10, 13 and 15 in 2021.
Terramar received the Spanish federation's Placa al Mérito en Golf in 1980 and has hosted multiple editions of the Ladies European Tour event at Sitges.
Terramar remains a member club open to a controlled level of visitor play, with golf, practice, dining and multi-sport facilities.
