Corfu Golf Club is an 18-hole course in the Ropa Valley on Corfu. The project originated in the 1960s after hotelier Charalampos 'Babis' Tsaousoglou acquired land in the valley following encouragement to establish a golf course on the island. Donald Harradine was commissioned in 1967 to design the golf course, while Greek architect Nikos Hatzimichalis designed the stone clubhouse.
Construction began that year and the club was completed and officially opened in 1971. Anna Kedros struck the inaugural ball and donated the Kedros Cup in memory of her father, Cleon Kedros; the cup became associated with the club's annual Open Championship. Major work between 2005 and 2008 included renovations to both the course and clubhouse, a new irrigation system and new maintenance machinery.
