Eagles Golf Centre is a family-run pay-and-play golf facility in Tilney All Saints, Norfolk, near King's Lynn, established for over 30 years. The two nine-hole courses serve different purposes. The longer course, marketed as the "Par 64" course when a full round is played as two loops, carries a single-loop par of 32 over roughly 2,140 yards — short by regulation standards but long enough to require a full set of clubs and some course management. The par-3 course is shorter still, built for repeated short-game practice rather than variety of shot-making.
Both are pitched explicitly at complete beginners as much as experienced golfers, with the club stating that no dress code or handicap is required to play either one.
Beyond golf, the centre added FootGolf and Disc Golf, laid out across the same nine-hole grounds as low-cost, low-barrier alternatives to a traditional round. The business’s registered name, Eagles Golf & Tennis Centre Limited, points to tennis having been part of the original offering; today’s marketing and pricing, however, are built entirely around golf, FootGolf and Disc Golf.
Eagles operates as a local, family-run facility rather than a destination course. Its appeal rests on low barriers to entry — no membership, no handicap, no dress code — backed by a golf shop, coaching for all levels, a driving range, and the on-site "19th Hole" bar for food and drinks after a round.
