Family Sports Golf Course is a nine-hole, par-31 executive public course at 6901 South Peoria Street in Centennial, Colorado. It is operated by South Suburban Parks and Recreation and should not be confused with the district's nearby Lone Tree Golf Club, which is the 18-hole Arnold Palmer-designed course. Family Sports is built around short-format golf and a large practice operation.
The property includes a heated and lighted double-deck driving range that operates year-round, two large practice greens, two practice bunkers and a short-game area where shots of up to about 75 yards can be played. South Suburban PGA teaching staff and GOLFTEC instruction are available on site. The facility also has an 18-hole outdoor miniature-golf course, a pro shop and the Avalanche Grill.
The course is a 9-hole executive golf course. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Short Game Practice Area, Putting Green, Practice Bunkers, Mini Golf, Pro Shop, Golf Lessons, Restaurant, and 1 more.
Family Sports is part of South Suburban Parks and Recreation's public golf system. Its role is different from the district's regulation courses: it combines a nine-hole par-31 executive layout with a major practice range, short-game facilities, instruction and miniature golf.
