Farmers Golf & Health Club is a nine-hole public golf course in Sanborn, Minnesota. The club's own website lists its address as 698 W Central St and publishes daily green fees of $15 for nine holes and $20 for 18 holes, with separate cart charges.

Its property includes a substantial population of ash trees, and the club has operated a donation program to replace trees affected by emerald ash borer, recognising donations with memorial plaques.
