Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run is an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus design on Hilton Head Island. The course opened in 1992 and is laid out through the Indigo Run community among pines, oaks and Lowcountry vegetation. Published course information identifies five principal tee colours, while the longest published set is approximately 7,014 yards.
The club's own course pages provide hole-by-hole yardages and handicap information. Although the club operates within the Invited network, published visitor information has historically described Golden Bear as semi-private rather than a strictly members-only course. Practice and clubhouse amenities accompany the course.

It is semi-private, welcoming both members and visitors. On-site facilities include Driving range, Practice area, Clubhouse, Dining.

Nicklaus routed the course through the existing Lowcountry setting, using trees, bunkering and changes of direction to place an emphasis on position and approach angles rather than relying only on length.
Golden Bear operates as part of the Invited club network and remains the golf centerpiece of Indigo Run.
